Responsibilities:
- Support the executive team with key business decisions
- Promote compliance to internal controls via effective production and maintenance of financial data and information
- Produce and analyse reports for monitoring performance in the country
- Monitor performance against KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and share insights
- Maintain a complete understanding of budget definitions
- Manage the management reporting process while ensuring consistency
Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree in accounting, business, economics or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- ACCA and CPA qualification or equivalent certifications
- Experiences with ERP and Business Intelligence systems is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
