Chemist

My client, a global leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Illinois has a fantastic opportunity for a Chemist. This is a 6 month contract that should lead to a permanent opportunity. This position pays between $20-30/hr.

My Client is looking for a motivated individual who has a technical background in Analytical Testing. This is a new position that should convert into a permanent position This position will be responsible for supporting the Quality Control Department with physical testing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Analytical Tests
• Interpret and author chemistry reports and documentation
• HPLC, GC, Wet Chemistry
• Extensive Moisture Testing

Requirements:

• BS or BA in Chemistry or Science related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• GC, HPLC, Wet Chemistry experience
• Strong analytical testing experience
• Strong technical writing skills
• Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
