An in-house role has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in mortgage debt recovery, dealing with the more complex aspects of the litigation process from beginning to end to include:
•Preparation of witness statements
•Instructing agents or counsel
•Dealing with applications to suspend warrants
•Issuing applications to court
•Disclosure
•Attending court where necessary
•Dealing with customers queries by telephone and in writing
The suitable candidate will have previous litigation experience; preferably from a mortgage debt recover background, and a basic understanding of Consumer Credit ACT.
