Project Manager – Transformation/Business Change/Agile - Birmingham

Project Manager required for a global organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, where you will be responsible for managing the continued development/delivery of an exciting new IT transformation strategy. Working with internal stakeholders from across the organisation, you will play a key part in the delivery of innovative ideas/projects.

The position would suit a Project Manager who has extensive experience in transformational business change programme/projects, alongside experience working within an Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Develop a communication plan to keep clients and internal stakeholders up to date with the development of the project.
• Responsible for the full project lifecycle of the mobile and web platform that supports the process, from testing to implementation.
• Creation and ownership of project plans to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with leading clients in order to share the innovation process and encourage new ways of working.
• You will need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and other teams in order to keep them engaged and updated on the progress of the project.

Key Skills of the role

• Strong experience in transformational business change programmes/projects.
• Experience in managing large project budgets, with an ability to run multiple work streams/projects maintaining quality and control.
• An understanding or previous experience of working with agile methodology.
• Ability to run multiple projects while maintaining quality, as well as experience in managing both 3^rd parties and an internal team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Salary

This position is paying between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
