Senior Software Developer - .NET/C# - Nottingham
Senior Software Developer required for a growing organisation based in Nottingham, where you will be instrumental in driving the architecture, design and development of cutting edge software products. You will be responsible for developing web-sites, web-applications, middleware and REST API’s using .NET, C# and SQL Server.
You will be part of a small, close knit and Agile team that are working on a wide range of challenges to get a new business and product up and running.
Key Skills of the role
- Experience of designing, developing, deploying and supporting web-sites, web-applications and middleware components/services using a range of technologies, from ASP.NET Core MVC to React.
- Experience of developing web-services using either REST or SOAP.
- Good knowledge of database design and working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
- General working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience of applying design patterns and best practices to code and working towards SOLID principles.
- Experience of working with continuous integration systems and ideally with continuous deployment principles/technologies.
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Salary
The salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package, including working from home policy, flexible hours and regular social events/bonus scheme.
