Project Manager – Dynamics/CRM – Birmingham City Centre

Project Manager required for an established global organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, where you will play a key part in the implementation of Dynamics across the organisation. The role will be based in brand-new offices, and there is currently a large-scale digital transformation taking place.

This position would suit a Project Manager who has experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations, particularly from a finance perspective. 

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Ensure the project delivery methodologies are adopted and evolved in accordance with company standards, including stage gate approvals.
• Measuring and monitoring progress appropriately to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure that all projects have a benefit realisation plan in place, deliver the business case agreed and this commitment is reviewed where applicable.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, and ensure that allocated project deliverables meet the sponsors expectations.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks across allocated projects.
• Management of relationships with contractors, supplier and business stakeholders across allocated projects.

Key Skills of the role

• Proven track record of delivering a range of challenging projects.
• Experience delivering Dynamics finance implementations is essential.
• Knowledge of industry best practice project management standards.
• Relevant Project Management qualification and certification desirable.
• Broad overall technical knowledge
• Sound understanding of business analysis
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary 

The salary for this position is up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
