Software Developer – C++/SQL - Altrincham
C++ Developer required for an established organisation based in Altrincham, where you will play a key part in the design and development of sector-leading solutions. As part of a talented development team, you will assist and manage medium sized development projects and ensure project delivery to specification, time and budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing in C++/SQL and ability to use initiative when it comes to development. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your development career, working in a dynamic, flat-structured organisation. Any experience coding in Java would be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Development of application code utilising the core development languages of C++ and SQL (MS SQL Server).
- Effective liaison with fellow development team members and internal stakeholders.
- Analysis and assessment of the impact of change requests.
- Testing of functional enhancements or configuration changes prior to release to testing teams.
- Production of required documentation to support developments.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Salary
The salary for this position is between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
