Project Manager – CRM/Digital – Stoke-On-Trent

IT Project Manager required for a leading organisation based in Stoke-On-Trent town centre, where you will play a key part in a challenging transformation programme. Within the role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a range of challenging projects to meet the needs of business areas and their users.

The ideal candidate will be a strong project manager, ideally with experience working on CRM and/or web integration/digital programmes.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and executives to support the Programme and case for change.
• Ensure all programme stakeholders are informed, engaged and excited about the change in innovative ways.
• Organise and deliver major programme events to drive key messages.
• Responsible for programme communications, feeding into communications plan and support delivery of engaging communications.
• Support other programme workstreams/projects and product owners as required.

Key skills required

• End to end change management for a complex IT implementation.
• Exposure to CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of online capabilities, and experience with business/user readiness assessments.
• Experience developing and implementing change and communications strategies/plans.
• Confident engaging and challenging all stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Desirable if you have gained experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Salary

The salary for this position is up to £55,000 per annum, please apply to discuss in more detail.
