International Business Solutions Analyst – Retail/Polish Speaking - Willenhall
International Business Solutions Analyst required for a well-known international organisation based in the Willenhall area of Walsall, where you will play a key part is managing IT system change and problem management between the United Kingdom and Poland. Working alongside project managers, you will assist in the delivery of key strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will come from a Retail background, and will have resilient attitude/comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must also be fluent in Polish and English, due to the close working relationship between the two countries. The role will also include travelling to Poland a few times a year.

Key responsibilities of the role
- Work with project owners to plan and execute projects, ensuring that teams have appropriate requirements, direction and resources to deliver products effectively.
- Work with project teams to understand the system functionality and non-functional requirements for all business areas.
- Act as incident manager if International application issues arise.
- Ensure that test and quality assurance environments are available and maintained appropriately.
- Work with internal teams to reduce recurring issues/repeat calls.
Key Skills of the role
- Experience working in a fast-paced Retail environment, with strong organisational skills.
- Essential to be fluent in Polish and English.
- Desirable to have IT experience, preferably with an understanding of retail systems.
- Ability to work with a range of different people/management of a range of complex relationships.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and numerical skills.
- Strong work ethic, and ability to be comfortable with a high volume workload.
Salary
The salary for this position is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits
