Business Analyst/Change Analyst/IT Business Partner – Halesowen
Business Analyst/Change Analyst/IT Business Partner required for an international organisation based in Halesowen, where you will be responsible for providing a crucial and strategic link between overall business goals and the delivery of IT value.
Within the role, you will play a key part in an exciting transformation of IT in the organisation. Since this is a brand-new role to the organisation, there will be the opportunity to shape and flex the role over time.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Act as the single point of contact within their business scope, and ability to provide the link between the business and IT, and vice-versa.
- Understand and contribute to the strategic imperatives of their business scope.
- Establish high-performing and collaborative integrated project teams from IT skill groups, plus other suppliers and business experts as required.
- Consider overall affordability and capacity, ensuring their priority candidate change projects are funded and launched in line with roadmap and stakeholder expectations.
- Operate project governance in conjunction with stakeholders to review progress, escalate issues and ensure alignment and assure ultimate benefit delivery.
- Ensure business readiness through creating and operating a standard implementation process that captures lessons learned from every implementation.
Key Skills of the role
- Experience of working in Distribution, Engineering and Manufacturing or MRO Business, or strong functional experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other relevant discipline.
- Experience of influencing or setting corporate strategy.
- Experience of leading and delivering business change initiatives.
- Desirable to have experience of Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Process Architecture or Business Analyst desirable.
- Experience of Lean and 6 Sigma desirable.
Salary
The salary for this position is up to £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus car entitlement and additional benefits.
