Senior Project Manager – Software/Application/Integration - Derby

Senior Project Manager required for a leading organisation based in Derby, close to the train station, where you will be responsible for projects within a multi-functional matrix environment, ensuring contract and business requirements are met. You will lead the engagement with customers on programme delivery, ensuring that all parties have clarity of expectations and the organisation meets its performance expectations.

Key Skills of the role

• A proven deliverer, who understands the commercial imperative of delivering business critical applications which are right first time, on time and to budget.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills: ability to communicate concisely and convincingly with all levels of an organisation.
• Proactive, hands-on, tenacious and enthusiastic who is comfortable working in within a complex, pressurised environment.
• Experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle and product delivery/change.
• Demonstrable leadership skills to get the best out of cross functional teams in a matrix environment.

Salary
