IT Systems Analyst - Nottingham

IT Systems Analyst required for an established organisation based in Colwick, Nottingham, where you will play a key part in the effective and efficient IT delivery service in a professional and customer focussed manner, to enable continuous improvement. As part of the role, you will become an expert with the technology and systems deployed. This role will initially start as a 12 month fixed contract, with the potential opportunity to go permanent.

This is an excellent development opportunity for a driven IT support professional to make the next step in their career. Any experience of supporting an ERP system would be an advantage in this role.

IT Support/Software/Hardware/ERP/Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Assist in the provision of high quality end user support services.
• Ensure that all end user IT equipment and software is effectively used and functioning properly.
• Support the Project Manager in the preparation of user documentation to assist staff in the use of the system.
• Installation of hardware/software as required.
• Analysis and modelling changes to use of systems to determine the business value it could deliver.

Key Skills of the role

• Commercial experience in a 1^st/2^nd line support role, and good overall IT knowledge.
• Customer service skills, with an understanding of issue handling, prioritisation and escalations.
• Passion to learn and ability to work well in a team, whilst being able to work alone.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Products, and ideally SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Teams and Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Desirable to have experience is the use or implementation of ERP Systems desirable.

Salary

The salary for this position is up to £25,000 per annum, dependent on the experience, plus benefits
