Project Engineer - Automotive (15249732/001) Warwickshire, England
I am currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to work for a prestigious Automotive client based in Warwickshire. The Project Engineer will own the design, development, testing and introduction of components on new vehicle programmes. Operating in a cross-functional organisation, the engineer will work together with the lead engineer focusing on wheel fixings, wheels and tyres for new architectures.
3 KEY SKILLS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-confidence and a 'passion for the product'
• A good working knowledge of product creation & delivery, Change Control, Product Definition and Change Management processes
• Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team environment
Experience Required:
Experience within engineering or programme planning departments. Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent .
Experience Preferred:
Knowledge of automotive road wheel design and manufacturing requirements and processes.
