**Commercial Lawyer – 9 month contract – Competitive day rate – Reading – Telecommunications Organisation**
Our client is a Telecommunications Organisation based in Reading who are looking to recruit an interim Commercial Lawyer to join their team on a 9 month contract.
This fantastic opportunity will see you working within the Legal Team in an extremely varied role. You would be working on customer facing deals most of the time and mainly dealing with customer transactions. The role can be extremely varied and so you must be happy to work on a broad mix of legal work. You will also be supporting Product Development issues – looking at documents for them
What we’re looking for in you:
• An experienced Commercial lawyer ideally with 4/5 years PQE
• Experience of working ‘in- house’ is preferred
• You must be very IT literate as you would be using various systems in the role & so must be comfortable working on the systems side of things also
• Must be adaptable and flexible to pick up ad hoc work
• Ideally you will be familiar with the Telecoms industry
• Team player
