**HR Advisor – Coventry – 3 month contract – Competitive rate – Automotive Organisation**
Advantage Resourcing are currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor to work within a Leading Automotive company based in Coventry.
This exciting opportunity will run for 3 months and pays a competitive hourly rate.
This fantastic role will see you providing case management support with regards to complex discipline, grievance and absence cases.
What we’re looking for in you:-
• Experience in absence case management, managing complex long term absence cases
• The ability to support line managers in performing disciplinary & grievance investigations and hearings
• You must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of employment law and have s full understanding of the Equality Act along with the need for reasonable adjustments
• Ideally you will hold or be working towards the CIPD qualification
