Advantage Resourcing are currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor to work within a large Defence organisation based in Frimley. This fantastic opportunity is initially a 12 month contract role and pays a rate of £30 per hour (LTD)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to join a leading organisation in a HR Support function. The role would suit candidates who are looking to learn, grow and develop within a busy HR environment.
The role involves:
• Providing advice & guidance to employees and managers
• Working with the wider HR team to ensure a seamless HR service across the business
• Coach manages and employees in support of performance management processes and individual development
• Supporting the design and delivery of interventions across the whole business inclusive of:-
• Employee relations and engagement
• Organisation and team design
• Process development e.g. attraction and retention
• Business change
• Leadership development and talent management
• Execute a number of local HR processes, including annual performance related pay review (all employees) and twice a year interim ad hoc pay review (as nominated)
Experience of working within an engineering environment or large organisation with multiple stakeholders would be beneficial. Experience of a 'client facing' type HR role preferred. Ideally you will be a Qualified HR Professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel across various business sites would be advantageous.
