**HR Business Partner – London - Government Organisation – 6 month contract**
This fantastic opportunity will see you working with senior management to provide business focused HR solutions.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Supporting managers & staff regarding policies and procedures including advising on complex law employment issues
• Providing support to develop and deliver HR strategies
• Supporting on a range of matters such as absence, performance management, grievance, disciplinary, reorganisations and TUPE
• Providing advice on job design / job evaluation assessments and feeding back to managers
• Plan, review and implement changes to policies and procedures and support implementation by delivering policy briefings and 1:1 coaching with managers
• Work closely with the People Development team to assess training and development needs
and deliver training solutions as required
• You would be accountable for the implementation of SOPS & ensuring teams are trained in using them

What we’re looking for in you:
• Ideally you will be CIPD qualified / accredited or equivalent level
• Ideally you will hold HR Business Partner experience within a government / NHS environment
• Proven HR generalist experience
• Strong ability in liaising at all levels regarding a range of HR issues
• Thorough knowledge of Employment Law and Employee relations processes
