The CSR’s primary responsibility is quality customer service that contributes to the district’s and market’s customer growth and retention. The CSR responds to incoming customer calls, customer office visits and contacts customers when needed. Explains to customers company products, services, prices and delivery schedules on an ongoing basis. Performs administrative duties as required such as inputting and updating customer information into the computer system. The CSR updates the Sales and Service Manager daily regarding their work activities and participates in coaching.
High school diploma required or equivalent
Two or more years in customer service industry preferred
Computer skills preferred
Sales experience preferred
Customer Sales and Service, Administrative, Bilingual, Good Phone Skills, good customer relation skills
