Rate: £500 - £550 A Day
My Global technical services client is currently looking for a skilled Technical Solution Architect to work in Swindon on a contractual basis to start ASAP.
The Role:
• To contribute to the project assisting other members of the team and to ensure: that all below activities are delivered to a high-quality standard to work. To also perform Review and Governance responsibilities. To obtain information to create a resilience handbook as a guide for, best practice for performance and availability engineering. To adopt industry methods to design for response and availability targets. To create performance and resilience standards and patterns
You’ll have:
• The ability to understand complex systems.
• An understanding/appreciation of Performance/Capacity Engineering and how to design/architect systems to meet stringent performance requirements, e.g. for real-time and batch processes.
• Must be able to initiate and lead work/teams.
• Good communication and collaboration skills are essential, particularly in being able communicate the impact of business demand on the IT estate.
• Has completed the Architecting for Performance (A4P) class. Performance Modelling.
• Experience of Performance/Capacity/Demand Engineering/Management and/or designing systems to meet performance requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Performance test background
