Leading global broker-dealer is seeking an entry level business analyst to join their global spot FX trading desk in NYC. Applicants must have B.A. or M.S. in finance or related field and a passion to move in the securities industry. This is an excellent opportunity for some who ultimately wants to move into a sales and/or trading role.
Duties Include:

BRD, Project delivery, and UAT activities, and product development for new swaps pricing and trade capture tool

Liaising with both Front, Middle, and Back Office teams and technology to gather business requirements and status updates.

Identifying and solving business problems and driving effective and necessary change.
- Must have excellent Excel skills running lots of reports, analyze data, look at variance, create pivots and support the team for client meetings
- Experience with First Derivative Database or KDB Database strongly considered
