Supervisory Engineer (PCK537-5106) Green Bay, Wisconsin

Job ID: 2044 Position Description: Integrys Business Support, a subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group, is currently recruiting for a Supervisory Engineer in Green Bay, WI. This position reports to the Manager – Gas Distribution Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan work activity schedules, resource allocation, prioritization of projects, etc. Develop scope of work, project approach, design criteria, etc. Organize and coordinate project meetings, responses to data requests, selection of outside service providers, etc.
  • Perform other departmental specific duties as required such as reservoir engineering work, well production work, SCADA system enhancement/maintenance, station process control work, etc.
  • Perform a variety of evaluations and analysis using specialized CAD, GIS, financial, and pneumatic modeling software applications.
  • Accountable for training and supervising entry, intermediate, senior level engineers and in some circumstances may supervise union personnel. Develop employees through coaching, mentoring, and providing performance feedback. Promote and model Integrys' Vision, Mission, Values and Expectations.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of five years of experience working with and understanding related codes (Title 49 CFR 192, PSC 135, API, ASM, MSS, Etc).
  • A minimum of five years of experience withspecialty computer applications, applications such as GIS and SynerGee Gas
  • A minimum of five years of experience in technical gas operations including experience in transmission line construction processes (welding, tapping, hydro test, purging, tie-ins, etc) and/or distribution system processes.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in gas distribution and transmission system design, planning and cost estimating.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with formal or informal leadership leading and directing others.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with Project Management (completion of tasks as part of a project).
  • A minimum of three years of experience with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
