A top hedge fund ($8 billion AUM) in Greenwich, CT is seeking a talented operations associate with 3-4 years of related experience. The candidate will join the fixed income/equity derivatives team and work the full trade life cycle focusing on OTC derivatives. The candidate will be sitting on the desk and be in constant contact with PMs and traders.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Math
-3-4 years of relevant experience
-Strong knowledge of credit and fixed income products
-Clear understanding of full trade life cycle across asset classes; from execution to settlement
-Strong GPA and SAT scores
-Superior excel skills are a must
*prior experience with a prime brokerage/ hedge fund is a must
