Summary of the position
- Assist with making data driven decisions.
- Manage different IT and business stakeholders
- Delivering projects from end to end.
- Extracting HR system reporting data and presenting back findings.
- Making recommendations to the business from assessment of data sets.
- Leading a team in the People and Insights side of the business.
Experience Expected
- Must have experience with HR systems (SucessFactors or Workday)
- Must have SQL coding and Excel based experience.
- Proficient in extracting and analysing different datasets.
- Ability to deal with different with leadership and business stakeholders.
- A commercial background in a large organisation would be desirable.
- Have lead, managed or mentored a team previously.
