RMS Recruitment are hiring a Maintenance Team Leader with Electrical experience working for our Client who specialise in supplying the heavy earthmoving and construction machine manufacturers around Europe. Parts supplied are mostly for use in the manufacture of excavators, dump trucks, back loaders, loading shovels, fork lifts and cranes.

Your role will include , planning of preventative maintenance , attending machine breakdowns; diagnose issue and carry out repairs in the absence of a Maintenance Technician along with;
- Completing analysis of repairs carried out
- Maintain the company Maintenance system
- Monitor and reorder inventory of spares
- Supervise and monitor performance of maintenance team
- Complete risk assessments
- Complete Standard Operating Procedures
- Work with Supervisors to implement improvements
- Carry out Health and Safety and 5S audits
- Maintain working areas in accordance with 5S
- Completion of service reports
- Adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures
You will be educated to a HNC in Engineering as a minimum along with knowledge and experience of
- Overhead cranes;
- CNC machines;
- Compressors;
- Plasma cutting machines;
- Pneumatic systems;
- Hydraulic systems
