Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Enginer to join a large Food manufacturing company in South Lincolnshire commutable from Kings Lynn, Boston, Wisbech & Spalding. The successful Engineer would join Maintenance Team working a 4 on 4 off Permanent Nights with an average of 42 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work in an International Business who are known for their investment’s, staff training & vase portfolio of different food products.

Job Description:
Ensure all engineering maintenance and repair work is carried out within all statutory health, safety and environmental guidelines to ensure site compliance. Provide effective engineering support to production to ensure efficient performance of all plant and equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Build a strong working relationship with colleagues and the production team to help support a positive culture.
• Ensure accurate and timely records for all work carried out, root causes of failures and spares and consumables used
• Manage contractors and issue work permits and audit their work in the absence of the senior engineer and maintenance manager
• Ensure that daily inspections on all buildings, plant and equipment security and safety devices are fully operational.
Salary: £43,500
Shifts: 4 on 4 off Permanent Nights
