Fund Administrator - Guernsey

Fund Administrator - Guernsey (40472/002) Guernsey, Channel Islands

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fund Administrator, with a well-established, independent fiduciary client. This role will be based within their Guernsey office, supporting the day to day administration of the highly experienced team.

Responsibilities include:
• Collection and review of shareholder CDD and review of account opening documentation
• To process shareholder deals
• Preparation of fund valuations
• Shareholder and fund fee payments using various banking systems
• Client bank account reconciliations
• File and risk reviews of fund shareholders
• Liaising with fund custodians
• Liaising with fund auditors

The successful candidate will have previous Fund Administration or Banking experience, as well as an understanding of Trading, Banking Facilities and Forex Arrangements. A numerical aptitude paired with strong IT skills are also essential.
