Maintains good working relationships and cooperates actively with superiors and other company and outside associates to ensure that the objectives of the company are met.
Performs telephone promotional work to sell and develop new business. May work with new and/or established accounts to develop the full market potential and product acceptance. Introduce and upgrade products to new and ongoing accounts; develop and maintain a sound relationship with customers. Prepare/write telephone orders subject to company policy. Meet established department presentation and telephone time goals. May provide assistance to Account Services or Field Sales relative to computer order entry, accounting procedures, and corporate polices. Complete required activity reports.
Requires: 6 months telemarketing sales/marketing experience including prospecting experience.
Develop thorough understanding of company’s credit, residential, employment screening and other company services as required.
Assist management with certain aspects of marketing and administrative duties associated with prospecting, closing, maintaining and processing clients.
Ability to place 50 to 60 cold calls per day by operating telephone equipment.
Coordinate, Create and Extend contracts to clients.
Obtain and maintain minimum new monthly revenue of $1,000.00.
Create marketing materials/packets in conjunction with company guidelines.
Gather all relevant market data relating to assigned sales territory, market, industry or platform.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Thorough understanding and certification of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Submit activity and results reports; such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
Become familiar with Salesforce.com
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Familiar with word-processing and spreadsheet software, preferably Word and Excel.
