PA to CEO : Boutique Art Investment Firm, Mayfair
Boutique Art Investment Firm: A PA is needed for boutique investment advisory.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, lively person who is prepared to put in the effort and meet the challenges set by the CEO! As PA, you will be supporting the CEO on both personal and business matters. This will include Extensive diary management, calling hotels and clients 24 hours prior to every meeting to confirm, ensuring the CEO has all relevant materials for meetings, compiling to do lists on a daily basis, booking and managing extensive travel arrangements and all related logistics. As PA, you will also be responsible for liaising with personal / home assistants, assisting with private CEO events coordination, project work as required. Successful applicants will have PA experience.
This position will require a candidate that has strong inter-personal skills, the ability to prioritise and multi-task, a resourceful and proactive individual and a professional approach to business. As the CEO is very busy, it will be important that you can remain calm under pressure and can be flexible for out of hours work if required.
