**Interim Project Manager (HR Diversity) – International Technology and Gaming Business – Fixed Term 12 months contract – Up to £40,000 per annum – Reading**

Our client is a leading International Technology and Gaming Business based in Reading, who have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Project Manager for Diversity and Inclusion to join their team on a 12 months contact.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves a large degree of programme management and engagement with managers, leaders and senior stakeholders. You will be required to work with the businesses leadership and Human Resources teams on maximizing the impact of global diversity and inclusion to empower our people, transform our culture and delight our customers. You will Partner with Global and UK D&I teams to develop or implement programs that integrate diversity and promote inclusion, as well as with communications team to showcase and proactively promote UK businesses diversity efforts across and outside the organisation. Drive and implement appropriate measurements and dashboards to deliver against agreed results as determined by the cabinet. Develop, maintain appropriate communication channels for delivery of D&I updates, news, information to managers and employees. Support and lead a number of key initiatives to support the continued transformation of our culture

Experience required for this role:
Ideally degree education or equivalent experience
Prince 2 or equivalent qualification is advantageous
Previous Project Management experience or similar with HR/Diversity and Inclusion implementation experience is desirable
The ability to think and work at a tactical/execution level and help the transformation of D&I agenda at scale is equally important
Have experience of working within a large Global Corporate Technology Organisation or similar
Excellent project management, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and cross teams
Attention to detail
Stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clientele and personnel at all levels
Competent on all Microsoft Office software
