**Benefits Consultant (EMEA) – 12 months contract – c£250 day rate Ltd/Umbrella – Technology Organisation – Staines upon Thames, Surrey**

Our client is a leading Technology Organisation based in Staines upon Thames who are looking for an Interim Benefits Consultant (EMEA) to join their team on a 12 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible will support the implementation and maintenance of benefit programs across EMEA and in conjunction with the global teams, monitor and evaluate our programs against value for money, trends, legislation and best practice within the Technology sector.

The role, responsibilities and geographical focus may change and develop over time along with the company's rapid growth. You will be accountable for conducting research, such as competitive benchmarking, renewals, new country information. Partnering with the businesses benefits teams, and local HR representatives to gain understanding of legal compliance and impact of legislative changes on existing programs, in each country. Addressing benefit gaps and trends, specific to the country, conducting analysis, as needed, and making recommendations. Conducting EMEA benefits and retirement plan audits and documenting benefits by country to assist in the recruitment effort and ongoing employee benefits communication. Assist in annual benefits budget and vendor renewal and Interfacing with providers and vendors for response to questions and issue resolution. Escalation support for finance related queries such as Purchase Order processing and invoice payment. Continuously reviewing current processes, making recommendations for efficiencies and implementing improvements. Acting as the main point of contact for marketing of Benefits such as the intranet content and projects.

Ideal experience required for this role:
Previous experience working as a EMEA Benefits Consultant, UK/Ireland Benefits Manager, Benefits Consultant, Benefits Advisor or equivalent
Previous HR generalist experience would be beneficial but not essential to be considered for this role.
Ideally have Benefits experience supporting EMEA client groups including experience in a similar role in a similar environment is advantageous not essential
Excellent analytical skills, ability to present data and recommendations in an organised and logical manner
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Good team player and willing to get involved in new projects
Self-motivated with a strong focus on high performance
Strong communication skills
Good understanding and knowledge of various IT software (e.g.) MS Office Suites
