My client is a respected broker that has built up an excellent reputation in the local market. The role will include regularly meeting with the existing clients to develop and maintain the relationship while also spotting and making the most of opportunities to grow the book through organic growth, cross selling and new business acquisition.
As you will be responsible for managing and growing a book of commercial business currently worth a Min book size at end of 3 period - £180,000 income fee income.
-Bonus: 10% of income of each 3 years (once 3 year period reached, will revert to standard, based on growth)
