**HR Change Manager – 6 months contract - £400 Umbrella/£320 PAYE – Government organisation – Inner London **
Role Responsibilities
Working with the HR Change Lead to manage HR project and change activities. You will ensure the department is operating within the HR policies, provide guidance and support to the project. You will analyse people data and identify potential HR concerns, investigate and provide a suitable resolution. You will be involved in one to one meetings, engagement activities and support with any written materials as requested. You will support the department in Liaising with Unions where required.
The ideal candidate will have.
• Ideally have experience within a HR Manager role – ideally within change programmes
• Ideally have experience in Public sector/Government or similar
• Experience of supporting with Union meetings, 1-2-1’s. and communicating with different audiences to support the business.
• Ability to analyse and use own initiative to support with HR change and transition problems.
• Experience of stakeholder communication.
