We are currently looking for a Raw Materials Assistant, to join a global HealthCare organisation based in Hull. This organisation have a global presence, producing power brands within three main sectors, Health, Home and Hygiene. They pride themselves on hiring game changers, with a right first time attitude, they also support with various charities, including Help the Children and having a ground breaking plan to reduce their carbon footprint.
You will be working within the Raw Materials department, supporting scientists in R&D by liaising with suppliers, both internal and external, with respect to the supply of raw materials, finished products and documentation. Logging of raw material samples into an internal system known as LIMS. Maintain raw materials and finished product storage areas, in accordance with GMP.
Key Requirements;
- Be educated to A-level or equivalent in a scientific subject.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Have an understanding of a manufacturing setting and have an understanding of GMP.
