As a Customer Success Manager you will need to take a strategic approach to managing your portfolio of 10 enterprise accounts. Initially you will take charge of a number of the largest eCommerce accounts in the French region and then take on management of UK accounts as well. You will act as the main point of contact driving success and adoption across your portfolio. Targeted on a mix of renewals and customer satisfaction, you should be able to effectively build lasting long term relationships with key decision makers in each account.
