Your job, as a Branch Office Administrator, is to:
• Support the Branch Manager administratively and all other branch management team, as needed
• Assist in client issues and complaints and direct accordingly for resolution
• Communicate and implement firm administrative and risk management guidelines and policies
• Assist in purchasing and facilities management
• Maintain all Human Resources functions, including payroll for support staff
• Support all components of the New Hire process and maintain records, approvals and orientation
• Assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
• Support and drive strategic firm initiatives
• Coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities
