Job TitleCall Center Representative (Stock Market)

MANPOWER is currently searching for call center representatives that have a professional background in retirement plans. Contractor will take 80-100 daily in the contact center answering questions in relation to variable annuities, stock market, and complex payout components. Individuals with a Series 6 license or have worked for investment firms are strongly encouraged to apply. Will train on some insurance terminology but previous knowledge is extremely useful. Must have 2 years of customer service experience.

Must be able to apply and learn procedures. Must be a quick learner. Previous customer service experience is required. Must have prior knowledge of retirement plans. Working hours are Monday thru Friday ranging from 8-5pm or 9-6pm or possibly 10:30-7:30pm. This is a 6-month contract assignment with possible extensive contingent upon performance (no sales involved).
