Job TitleCall Center Representative

MANPOWER is currently searching for call center representatives that have a background in life insurance. Contractor will take 80-100 daily in the contact center answering insurance related questions. Will train on some insurance terminology but previous knowledge is extremely useful. Must have 2 years of customer service experience.



Must be able to apply and learn procedures. Must be a quick learner. Previous customer service experience is required. Working hours are Monday thru Friday ranging from 8-5pm or 9-6pm or possibly 10:30-7:30pm. This is a 6 month contract that can be renewed as long as associate is meeting company expectations (no sales involved).
