This Real Estate Group pursues direct investments in income producing commercial real estate.  Our team has years of hands-on experience creating value in real estate projects, including entitlement, design and construction management.  As a private investment firm, they invest the capital of its principals.  Therefore, the firm has a far more flexible investment approach with no artificial constraints associated with traditional fund structures.   Position:  Lease Administrator  They are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in office and/or retail leasing.  This candidate must have a deep understanding of lease documents.  The candidate would be responsible for negotiating lease documents with tenants.  The candidate will interface directly with the company’s managing partners, tenants and outside brokers.    This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with experience and passion for the real estate industry to join a thriving, diverse, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial investment firm and receive hands on experience in the leasing of several properties in multiple markets, primarily in California, Nevada and Arizona. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience. The position requires limited traveling. 

• Formalize the documentation from the executed letter of intent to the execution of the lease by interacting with tenants, attorneys and leasing agents • Interact with outside counsel to draft lease documents • Negotiate with tenant and/or their counsel, including making the appropriate revisions to the lease documents   • Coordinate space planning and construction documents for prospective tenants. • Monitor lease expirations and lease up targets  • Lead the project management during tenants move-in and move-out by coordinating construction schedules, tenants’ schedules and lease terms


• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial real estate leasing or a law firm • Bachelors degree is required • Extensive experience with the legal terms of a lease   • Comfortable reviewing and editing lease forms • Project management and analytical skills • Ability to communicate and present ideas in a professional and highly demanding environment  • Detail oriented • Self motivated, personable and team player  • Commitment to values and strong business ethics are required
