German Quality Assurance Analyst with an international service provider here in Prague, Czech Republic. We’re looking for near native German speakers with a good level of English and previous experience in Customer Service and a similar role such as trainer/coach and/or Quality Assurance. Your Tasks:
- You will need to know the product offering inside and out in order to define and develop the right training plans for fellow employees in various departments.
- You will be working closely with sales managers to provide feedback and recommendations on quality improvement on a regular basis.
- From time to time, you will work over the phone and via email
- You will be providing training to various teams on company products and any new developments.
- You will need to regularly create reports to monitor the quality and performance of teams.

Main Requirements:
You will need the following skills in order to qualify for this job:
- Near native German
- Good level of English
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- 6 months minimum experience in a similar trainer/mentoring/coaching position
- Strong IT Skills

Interview & Salary:
The interview process is straightforward here – first, you will be asked to sit a Skype/Phone interview with a recruiter and once successful you will be invited for one more Skype interview with the hiring manager.
Salary: You can expect to earn 50,000 Czech Koruna gross per month along with a good relocation package of paid flights and 1 month paid accommodation. There are also a number of great company benefits.
