I am currently working with a leading Car Manufacturer based in Coventry, West Midlands to recruit a experience Operations Leader for their Soft Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Professional to join one of the worlds leading Automotive Companies on a long term rolling contract basis. The role will be focusing on delivering operational excellent across our clients West Midlands based sites (primarily Coventry & Gaydon), covering all soft services including Catering & Cleaning.
Hourly rates are available up to £21.61LTD/£16.97PAYE for the right candidate.
Please note, candidates must be able to commit to travel around the West Midlands area due to the nature of this role.
Position Description:
Deliver operational excellence across all sites including catering & cleaning. Their duties vary according to the nature of the organisation, but they support the core business of the organisation by ensuring that the people who use the building have a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
-Conducting daily audits to help support facilities team as well as ensuring contract standards are being met
-Working with the suppliers to enhance the operations.
-Deliver services in line with the business ethos, delivering innovative solutions.
This role will report directly to the Soft Services Manager.

Skills Required:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer service based Operations role
In depth knowledge of Catering and Facilities Management contracts
Previous contracts Management experience
Strong Customer Service background
Knowledge of the Automotive industry is ideal
IOSH certification ideal
