Purchasing Administrator required – Leading Car Manufacturer based in Coventry (West Midlands)!
 
 
I am actively recruiting to an Administrator vacancy with a prestigious Car Manufacturer based in Whitley, Coventry.
 
The role will be part of our clients Purchasing division and is offered on a long term, rolling contract basis (initially 52 weeks) with an initial hourly rate of £11.00PAYE (£13.81Umbrella). 
Position Description:
An administrator is required to support a busy team based at Solihull supporting the launch of our products
The successful candidate will work alongside the STA Programme Manager and Engineers.
They will contact suppliers to confirm status against programme requirements, they will maintain Excel trackers and create summary powerpoint slides.
They will also support the STA Senior Manager and wider team with facilitation of team meetings, off-site events and travel arrangements. The candidate should be self-motivated, organised and a good communicator.
 
Experience Required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience working as a Administrator/PA
- Strong IT skills, Excel and Powerpoint
- Previous experience in a Purchasing team ideal
- Previous experience within the Automotive industry ideal
