Team Leader – Limerick €25 -28k Basic
Our client are currently seeking a Team Leader, reporting into the National Head of Sales, for their Limerick based residential sales team. The role of the Team Leader will be to co-ordinate, motivate and manage a group of 6-10 agents based in the Limerick and Clare area.
The Role:
Working with Senior Management to establish realistic sales goals for your agents.
Manage an assigned territory to maximise sales.
Establish and manage effective training plans to ensure top performance from all Sales Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your sales representatives by leading by example.
Review progress of each individual agent.
Develop plans to ensure county targets are achieved.
Provide daily updates to Senior Management.
Ensure all sales policies, practices and procedures are implemented within your region.
Support Sales Agents with ongoing training and development plans.
Essential:
Field sales experience.
Experience working to targets.
Full/clean driving licence

€25,000- €28,000 - basic salary.
