Salary: EUR45000 - EUR45000 per annum + Bonus, Car, Laptop, Phone

Account Manager/Business Developer - Landlords/Property Groups - Dublin (OTE €60k)

 

This position, with Ireland’s most innovative energy provider, presents a great career opportunity for a high energy and dynamic sales professional to cover the Dublin Area. The Role is split between Account Management with New Business Development within their Landlord/Letting Agent Sector.

The Account Manager will report directly to National Head of Sales and the main duties will include:

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Dealing with large property management companies/letting agents, Coco’s and large landlord groups
Identifying the main customers in different market sectors across the region
Self-generating new business opportunities through phone calls and appointments
Inputting new customer details onto the CRM system
Working in line with the companies  KPIs
Weekly monitoring, reporting and production of all sales Information
Working with our operation teams to ensure our customers enjoy a  best of class customer experience
Preparing and Presenting the company’s full range of Energy solutions to customers
Attending when necessary events & exhibitions   
 

Requirements

·         Previous dealings within the landlord/property management sector

·         4-5yrs Sales, acquisition, business development in a B2B role.

·         Account Management of high value accounts

·         Ability to grow and develop existing accounts

·         Great Personality & Team player

·         Positive Attitude

·         Extensive Business to Business Experience

·         Strong communication skills

·         CRM use and understanding

·         Word & PowerPoint skills

·         Competitive basic salary in the region of €35k DOE

·         OTE of 50% of salary in year 1 with this expected to grow further in year 2 and subsequent years.
