Telesales Executive, Dublin, Basic Salary €30k OTE €38k

Based in Dublin 11, this role is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful and established organisation.  This role will ideally suit a person who has both a sales and office administration background.  The role involves being part of a team and working together to deliver sales and a high level of customer satisfaction. Our client has been successfully teaching people to drive for almost half a century. They wish to recruit a Sales Executive to join their successful team.

Responsibilities

•             Handling inbound Customer calls and ensure that information is captured correctly

•             Follow up on any email enquiries promptly

•             Deal efficiently & effectively with all customer queries whilst maintaining call quality through every call

•             Demonstrate excellent Customer Service in every engagement

•             Assist in the development of a database and pipeline for current and future customers

•             Identifying opportunities to upsell products

•             Assist with maintaining relationships with existing Customers and identifying new opportunities to increase sales from them.

Requirements for this role

•             Experience and/or a Qualification in Sales & Office Admin

•             A proven track record of exceeding Targets

•             Self-motivation and determination to Succeed

•             Excellent telephone and communication skills

•             Excellent I.T. skills 

•             Attention to detail is essential

•             A positive attitude and the ability to represent our client with the utmost professionalism are a must!

Full clean drivers licence is essential.
