Registered Mental Health Nurse - Band 5 - Cornwall

We are looking to recruit an experienced RMN or RGN to support the development of our inpatient services.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team including, Nurse Consultant, Occupational Therapy, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Psychiatrist you will support the team in delivering a personalized approach to care and treatment aimed at promoting the health and well-being of people with dementia in our care.

Successful applicants will provide assessment and treatment both on an individual and group basis to people with dementia. The post will be supported by the Deputy Ward Managers and Ward Manager.

The post holder will be passionate about working with people with dementia and their relatives/carers. They will be fully committed to providing innovative care and treatment that is evidence based within a specialist dementia unit.

The service provides statutory/essential and tailored training and support to meet individual requirements.
Full & part time hours available.
