Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has exiting opportunities available for enthusiastic, motivated individulas to join our Integrated Communty Mental Health Team across Cornwall.
Our Integrated Community Mental Health teams all deliver a high quality and effective service to people experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems. We provide an integrated health and social care service, offering the assessment and treatment of mental health problems.
We are looking for those people who have a core profession in mental health nursing, social work or occupational therapy to join our community service line. We want people who have experience or who are looking for an experience in working independently in a mental health setting.
