The job
Reporting to the Head of Curriculum you will be you will be responsible for the delivery of effective teaching, learning and assessment to learners across a range of electrical engineering related courses including; 16-18 BTEC programmes and possibly Higher National Diplomas. You will deliver consistently good or better teaching sessions and motivate learners to raise their ambitions and realise their full potential.

In order to be considered you will need to be able to answer yes to the following…
• Do you have a relevant teaching qualification or are you willing to work towards one (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed)?
• Do you have a minimum level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering?
• Do you have current industry knowledge and awareness of BTEC qualifications?
• Do you have experience of motivating and inspiring learners in a vocational setting?
