JOB TITLE: Head of Access Courses
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: £22-25 per hour + statutory holiday pay
White Rose Resourcing is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education College to recruit for an exciting full time temporary position as an experienced Head of Department for Access Courses within FE.
High level of knowledge of Access Courses including Health Science, Humanities, Social Science and Business.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Experience within a lead role, able to start immediately
• Able to develop curriculum within Access Courses
• Take responsibility for quality assurance within programmes
• Take responsibility for and manage staff and resources effectively
• Able to work professionally and flexibly with other members of staff
• Able to monitor and control staffing costs and budgets
• Undertake other management roles such as timetabling, ensure continuous improvement, deal with sick cover, promotion of courses and observe lessons when required.
