Drake International is currently recruiting for an Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Warehousing Industry. This position based in South-East Edmonton is an 8-10 week contract with the possibility to go full time.
Responsibilities
- Process credit card payment requests;
- Provide copies of invoices and statements of accounts upon request from clients;
- Provide administrative support to Edmonton office staff;
- Accounts reconciliations duties;
- Other related office/reception tasks.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Administrative/Accounting experience. Preferably post- secondary education.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of CoStar software is an asset.
- Great attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Can work both independently and in a team environment.
- Clear criminal background.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience taking phone calls.
