Office Clerk - Administrative Assistant (EDMO_0030) Edmonton, Canada

Salary: CAD15 - CAD16 per hour

Drake International is currently recruiting for an Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Warehousing Industry. This position based in South-East Edmonton is an 8-10 week contract with the possibility to go full time.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Process credit card payment requests;
  • Provide copies of invoices and statements of accounts upon request from clients;
  • Provide administrative support to Edmonton office staff;
  • Accounts reconciliations duties;
  • Other related office/reception tasks.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1+ years of Administrative/Accounting experience. Preferably post- secondary education.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of CoStar software is an asset.
  • Great attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Can work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Clear criminal background.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience taking phone calls.
