Our Fishing and Re-entry Services division has an immediate opening for a Billing Clerk (Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk).  We are looking for a hardworking, team oriented individual.  The main responsibilities of this position are (but not limited to):

  •     Track invoicing deficiencies
  •     Prepare and distribute deficiency reports
  •     Review and release Electronic invoices
  •     Match vendor invoices to purchase orders
  •     Distribute vendor invoices to appropriate managers for approval
  •     Confirm coding and purchase order receipts for all vendor invoices
  •     Coding of field personnel expense reports
  •     File billing related documents
  •     Assist with invoice review
  •     Create purchase orders and process payables
  •     Review payables for multiple product lines and locations
  •     Collect and prepare journal entries
  •     Review all import documentation for accuracy and resolve issues
  •     To provide administrative support to the facility including reception, accounts payable and billing duties.


  •     High School diploma or equivalent
  •     2-3 years prior billing experience an asset
  •     Intermediate excel skills required
  •     JDE experience an asset
  •     Understanding of basic Accounting principles
  •     Knowledge of the oil & gas industry
  •     Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  •     Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  •     Strong customer service focus
  •     Good communication both verbal & written
  •     Possess the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
